Rock Illustration No. 2: SCORIA

Another rock illustration I made last November. The hardest to render were the individual vesicles as they took a lot of patience to paint just to make them as close as possible to the reference photo I took. I'm satisfied with the way the vesicu
lar texture turned out. Me and my fellow geo friend found this scoria in a parcel of land in San Fernando, Pampanga where Mt. Arayat can be seen at a distance.
